I truly believe IF you are struggling with both workouts AND nutrition, you should start out with the 21 Day Fix! My clients have had WILD success! This program is GREAT for beginners and more fit people looking to tone up. The exercises are amazing, simple, and 30 minutes long!

Another great beginner program is the amazing P90 by Tony Horton, the KING of fitness DVDs! You may also know P90X and P90X3 but if you are just starting out, P90 is the way to go. He starts with shorter workouts through the 1st month and works up to an hour through the 3rd month.
